Chris Clevenger
Founding Partner
Chris is a career investment professional and operator with extensive experience in renewable energy development, construction, and operations. Chris has held roles as chief executive officer of Kifco Inc, and chief operating officer of DE Shaw renewable investments (DESRI).
Prior to founding Owl Creek Partners Chris was involved in principal investing at all levels, with traditional private equity funds as well as a large, Denver based, Family Office where he analyzed, structured, executed and managed investments and portfolio companies.
Chris has served on the Boards of Al-Jon Inc. and Kifco Inc .
John Clevenger
John Clevenger served as President and CEO of Commerce Bank in Wichita, a position he held since 1999. Previous to joining Commerce, John was a management consultant with A.T. Kearney and a commercial banker with Commerce Bank of St. Louis.
John earned an AB from Princeton University where he played Varsity Football and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern.
John is survived by his wife, Kristen Clevenger, 2 daughters and a son.
