The principals have partnered with a team of industry leaders in engineering, legal and finance to develop and invest in renewable power sources in the US utility markets.

The Investor Diligence provided positions Certified 506 to be the leading provider of accredited investor verification today & into the future.  In 2015 Owl Creek Partners made a growth equity investment in support of existing                                                                      management.   

Weiss Master manufactures hay bale handling attachments and livestock equipment for the dairy, feed lot, production and hobby farm markets. Weiss Master was acquired by Kifco Inc. and Owl Creek Partners in partnership with existing management.


Kifco, Inc. is a Central Illinois-based manufacturer of portable irrigation equipment. Owl Creek acquired a majority interest in Kifco in 2008 partnering with existing management.


Valued Relationships, Inc. is a Midwest-based provider of home health care monitoring services with over 70,000 members. In 2007, Owl Creek participated in the sponsorship of two executives in their search and eventual acquisition of VRI. Owl Creek holds a minority interest in VRI. In January 2014 VRI was acquired by a Private Equity Investor in partnership with existing VRI management.

Al-jon, Inc. is an Iowa-based manufacturer of landfill compactors, scrap metal bailers/car crushers and municipal snow removal equipment.

Griffith Enterprises is an Arizona-based manufacturer of wire harnesses for the defense and aerospace industries. Griffith was sold to a large defense contractor in 2012.
